12B Clean
At 12B Clean, we don’t shy away from anything—and I mean absolutely anything—when it comes to cleaning. Our three divisions are staffed by intelligent and highly trained people who know exactly what is expected of them.
Works at “the Masters” and is a “Prof” in training
Wendy Ras (40) has seen quite a few cleaning companies from the inside and out. Her ultimate goal seems to be 12B Clean. Within this fast-growing organization, there are plenty of opportunities for ambitious people. The company encourages this by offering training sessions and accredited (vocational) courses. Wendy is embracing this opportunity with both hands. In addition to her VGA certificate, she is now taking courses in High-Pressure Cleaning and Compressed Air.
Wendy works for “De Masters,” the division of 12B Clean where no job is too gross, too dirty, too scary, or too dangerous. That’s where her new training comes in handy. Because if you’re the type who gets easily grossed out, you’re in the wrong place. But if extremes appeal to you and you’re not afraid of working at great heights (tower masts) or in dark, deep spaces (crawl spaces)—and everything you encounter there—then this is exactly the kind of challenge you’ll find in the cleaning profession. It’s the icing on the cake that Wendy really enjoys. Wendy: “The assignments we get demand a lot from us. But we work as a close-knit and strong team; we do it together and tackle everything. We’re a family.”
Wendy loves a challenge and wants to advance in her field. A position with “de Profs,” the specialists in crime scene cleaning, appeals to her. 12B Clean is giving her a chance. Wendy: “I was allowed to shadow a job, guided by my mentor, Jimmy van Kan. I received instructions and warnings beforehand—and they weren’t unnecessary. I was confronted with the aftermath of a suicide attempt. It was tough, but it felt good afterward. You can make a big difference for the bereaved and the community. Someone has to do this work. I’m definitely cut out for it.”
No cleaning job is too crazy for us!
