Tiles are easy to clean, but the grout is fragile. Loose grout washes away under too much pressure, allowing water to seep under the tiles. We clean each tile individually and treat the grout separately.
Wooden decking and artificial turf
Wood should be cleaned in the direction of the grain; otherwise, splinters may form. Artificial turf should be brushed and rinsed without flattening the fibers. We use a lower pressure setting for both than we do for stone.

Treat the surface after cleaning; otherwise, the green buildup will return within a few months.
What do you use to clean a balcony?
For a balcony, use water mixed with a cleaning agent suitable for the surface: an alkaline cleaner for concrete and tiles, and a neutral cleaner for wood and artificial grass. Chlorine is not recommended for balconies, because it can flow through the drain onto your downstairs neighbors’ balcony and damage their plants.
