The odor of a decomposing body is often unbearable for those around it. Removing the body is therefore a top priority, but that does not solve the problem. Deodorizing the space is a necessary but difficult and highly specialized process. You need the right equipment and chemicals to do this.

At 12B Clean, “the Pros” have the right equipment and specialized, in-house-developed industrial cleaning agents to thoroughly address the source of the odor. For example, we have various ozone generators that we use to ensure odor-free air through ozone treatments (a molecular process). We also have experts who are trained and certified to handle this process.
At the same time as deodorizing, the site must be thoroughly cleaned and completely disinfected. Only then will the risk of contamination to the surrounding area be eliminated.
Note: Animal carcasses, human feces, and animal droppings can also be sources of foul odors and contamination. Don’t take this lightly; if in doubt, call in “the Pros.”
