The Profs
The concepts of “Trauma” and “Biohazard” form the core scope of work for “the Profs.” This work encompasses all activities related to the structured and systematic clearance, cleanup, cleaning, and disinfection of an area or space where an accident, suicide, or homicide has occurred.
This specialty also covers cases where a natural cause of death occurred and the deceased was not discovered until some time later.
A traumatic event always places psychological and emotional strain on those around the victim. A professional approach and support from the very beginning help people process the event better and more quickly.
Biohazards, or biological hazards, are substances that pose a significant risk to human health and the environment in general. A decomposing body can release hazardous substances in the form of fluids and gases. Blood, urine, and feces can also contain biohazards such as viruses, bacteria, microorganisms, and biological toxins. As a result, they can spread diseases such as HIV, hepatitis B and C, and MRSA.
The natural decomposition process contributes to these organisms multiplying exponentially and spreading throughout the affected area. Eliminating these substances is a job for specialists. It is dangerous to handle them without proper expertise.
It’s no coincidence that the cleaners at the Crime Scene Clean Team are called “the Pros” at 12B Clean. They are able to cope with the emotionally taxing situations they face every day. An employee with the “Pro” designation is trained and battle-tested, and also has the right knowledge and equipment to do the job professionally.
With an efficient step-by-step plan, they can do their work quickly, thoroughly, and safely for the surrounding area. They are aided in this by high-tech equipment and industrial cleaning products developed specifically for this purpose. Of course, the Profs are also people with human feelings. They do their work with love, respect, and reverence for the deceased, the bereaved, and the surrounding area. Because behind every incident lies a human story—and often an enormous tragedy.
It is important to arrive at the scene quickly. The sooner “the Pros” can get to work, the faster the site will be cleaned up and the lower the risk of contamination will be. We strongly advise against attempting to clean up the site yourself. This requires specialized knowledge, expertise, and equipment. The work must be carried out according to a strict protocol and an effective step-by-step plan.
The professionals at 12B Clean operate nationwide and can be on the scene quickly whenever you need them. You can leave everything entirely in their hands right away. They’ll have the location clean and tidy within a few hours. Just as promised: as if nothing had happened.
