12B Clean
At 12B Clean, we don’t shy away from anything—and I mean absolutely anything—when it comes to cleaning. Our three divisions are staffed by intelligent and highly trained people who know exactly what is expected of them.
The Masters
When a loved one passes away, you, as a surviving family member, have a lot on your mind. In addition to the emotional aspect, there are also many practical matters that need to be taken care of. This includes taking care of the deceased’s home, especially if he or she lived alone.
In most cases, the home must be sold or returned to the landlord. Clearing out and cleaning the home is often the responsibility of the heir. It’s a task that many bereaved family members aren’t ready to handle at that moment. We are.
Before we begin cleaning the home, we make sure it is empty. Clearing out a home can be an emotional process for the bereaved; our trained staff know how to handle this situation. We’ll help label items and boxes as needed. Depending on your wishes, we’ll store the items, take them to a thrift store, or dispose of them at a landfill. If necessary, we’ll arrive quickly and clear out the home efficiently and with care.
When a home is vacated, we clean it, no matter how dirty it is. We’ve seen plenty of messes and grime over the years, so we can handle just about anything. We go beyond just cleaning—we restore the spaces to like-new condition so that a new owner or tenant can move in quickly.
If a deceased person has been lying unnoticed in a home (often for an extended period of time), this may constitute a high-risk situation requiring the home to be disinfected. We have a special team for this purpose. Read more about cleaning after the discovery of a body
