Here's how we'll get the patio spic and span again

Health is our top priority. To prevent ourselves from getting sick from the bacteria, viruses, parasites, or fungi in bird droppings—and to avoid spreading them—we follow a series of steps to clear the area of bird droppings.

  1. We wet the patio tiles with an industrial cleaning solution mixed with water and let it soak in.
  2. We manually remove as much bird droppings as possible and dispose of it.
  3. We scrub the patio with another special cleaner. This way, it gets into all the crevices of the patio (between the tiles, etc.). Then we rinse it off with water.
  4. We clean the patio with a pressure washer.
  5. To permanently eliminate bacteria, mold, and viruses, we spray the balcony again with a bleach solution. Once it has dried thoroughly, you can safely spend time there again.
