Ezra (20) recently earned a highly sought-after degree in marketing and communications. After an internship at an insurance company, 12B Clean is his first real job where he can put his knowledge to use. It’s a challenge worthy of respect and one that’s of crucial importance. You can set up a modern cleaning company, but if you don’t communicate your new values effectively, too few people will know you exist.
My Story
“Everythingin its own time, but with bigstrides”
Ezra is extremely motivated to give his work 100%. Although he’s starting with a shortened four-day workweek. Ezra: “I’m going all in, and I’m encouraged to do so by the company’s management. They’re giving me plenty of leeway to shine a spotlight on the work of the three divisions—the Workers, the Masters, and the Profs. Three worlds under one roof where all kinds of things happen at a fast pace every day. To keep the outside world informed about this, I’m first setting up a structured online media program. Once the social media channels are up and running, I’ll focus on the traditional side of communication. Everything in its own time, but with big strides.” 12B Clean is giving Ezra all the freedom he needs to do this. This role is new—not only for him, but also for the company itself.

Ezra: “To get a feel for the whole operation, I also tag along with the teams. The regular daily cleaning work done by De Workers is on a completely different level from that of De Masters, who are tasked with all the dirty work. But even that is distinct from De Profs, who regularly deal with crime scenes, murder and crime, suicide, and trauma.” For Ezra, 12B Clean is an employer, a colleague, and a coach
