Washing Windows in a Coastal Town

In Vlissingen, the wind often blows directly off the sea. That wind leaves a thin layer of salt and sand on glass and window frames. You’ll notice this first on Boulevard Bankert, but windows in Paauwenburg and Lammerenburg also become dull more quickly than those inland.

Salt attracts moisture and traps dirt. If you leave it there, it will form a gray film that becomes increasingly difficult to remove. A regular window cleaner prevents this buildup.

streak-free with osmosis water

Streak-free with osmosis water

To ensure a streak-free finish, we clean your windows with osmosis water. This is filtered water from which all minerals and lime have been removed. When this water dries, it leaves no streaks or spots behind, and your windows stay beautifully clean for longer.

  • Filtered water without lime and minerals
  • A streak-free finish
  • Windows stay clean longer

Cleaning windows at height

Working Safely, Even at Heights

Tall windows, a dormer window, or an upper floor? Using telescopic brushes, we safely clean your windows from the ground, often without a ladder. When necessary, we use a cherry picker. This ensures that our window cleaners always work safely and neatly.

Window frame cleaning by 12b clean

Window frames and window sills, crafted with care

Clean windows are more than just the glass. Our window cleaner wipes down the window frames and dries the windowsills. In hard-to-reach areas or where there are unusual window designs, we wash by hand to ensure that no window is missed.

  • Window frames purchased
  • Window sills checked to make sure they're dry
  • Manual finishing where necessary

Here's how our window cleaners work in Vlissingen

  • Reverse-osmosis water: filtered water free of lime and minerals. It dries without leaving streaks and removes salt residue.
  • Telescopic window brushes: We also clean the windows on upper floors from the ground, without leaning a ladder against your building.
  • Aerial work platform: for tall buildings or hard-to-reach areas, such as apartments on the boardwalk.
  • Window frames and window sills: We remove the window frames and wipe the window sills dry.

This ensures a clear finish, even on dormer windows and large glass surfaces.
