“A dormer window or a high upper floor? That’s no problem for me. Using osmosis water, I leave every window streak-free, all from the safety of the ground. It’s craftsmanship I’m proud of.”

Glass in the historic downtown area

Middelburg’s downtown is full of historic buildings. Old windows often have thinner glass, small muntin bars, and wooden frames that cannot withstand rough handling. That’s why we use soft brushes and osmosis water, without any harsh chemicals.

There’s no room for an aerial lift or ladder truck in narrow streets. We use telescopic brushes to wash the windows on upper floors from the sidewalk. This keeps the street clear and ensures that no one touches your building’s facade.

streak-free with osmosis water

Streak-free with osmosis water

To ensure a streak-free finish, we clean your windows with osmosis water. This is filtered water from which all minerals and lime have been removed. When this water dries, it leaves no streaks or spots behind, and your windows stay beautifully clean for longer.

  • Filtered water without lime and minerals
  • A streak-free finish
  • Windows stay clean longer

Cleaning windows at height

Working Safely, Even at Heights

Tall windows, a dormer window, or an upper floor? Using telescopic brushes, we safely clean your windows from the ground, often without a ladder. When necessary, we use a cherry picker. This ensures that our window cleaners always work safely and neatly.

Window frame cleaning by 12b clean

Window frames and window sills, crafted with care

  • Window frames purchased
  • Window sills checked to make sure they're dry
  • Manual finishing where necessary
