We only provide cleaning services. You are responsible for arranging your own linens, towels, and key management, either on your own or through your rental agency.

How much does it cost to have a vacation home cleaned?
The price depends on the size of the house, the number of cleanings per season, the distance between the addresses, and how dirty the house is left. After an initial consultation, you’ll receive a customized, no-obligation quote. For multiple houses or an entire complex, we’ll set up a single, comprehensive agreement.
How long does a deep cleaning take?
That depends on the size of the house and the condition in which guests leave it. We always schedule the cleaning within the time window between departure and arrival. That way, the house is ready before the new guests arrive.
Do you also provide bedding and towels?
No. 12B Clean only handles the cleaning of the vacation home. You are responsible for arranging your own bedding, towels, and key management, or you can do so through your rental agency.
Do you also work with Airbnb hosts?
Yes. We also clean individual vacation homes and apartments that are rented out through Airbnb or another rental platform. We tailor our cleaning services to your bookings.
Can you clean on Saturdays and during peak season?
Yes. We are available 24/7 and schedule dedicated teams for shift change days, including Saturdays and during the summer. To that end, we’ll work with you to create a fixed schedule before the season begins.
